<body>Here are some typical questions we receive. If you can't find your answers here, then &quot;contact us&quot;:mailto:etchedfantasies@comcast.net and we'll get it answered.

Q. *Are these etchings permenant?*
A. Absolutley - they cannot be washed off or scraped off.

Q. *How are the images applied to the glass?*
A. We use a multitude of techniques including hand etching using a dremel tool with a diamond bit, and chemical etching. None of our work is done by computers or lasers which are common in the massed produced etchings you find in catalogs and department stores.

Q. *Are there any special cleaning instructions?*
A. No - any standard glass cleaner will work fine.

Q. *Can I pick an image I want etched?*
A. Of course - Just let us know what you are looking for and we'll work with you to create exactly what you want.

Q. *I already have a mirror, can you etch an image on that for me?*
A. Yes - you will need to send us your mirror though, I recommend you &quot;contact us&quot;:mailto:etchedfantasies@comcast.net to discuss any specifics.

Q. *Do you do any custom work?*
A. Yes - we actually prefer to do do custom pieces. It creates a one of kind piece of art made specifically for the buyer that no one else can ever have. Check out our latest custom piece on our &lt;a href=&quot;/pages/commission-work&quot; title=&quot;&quot;&gt;Commission Work&lt;/a&gt; page.

Q. *How much would a custom piece cost?*
A. The cost varies greatly depending on the size, image, detail etc. &quot;Contact us&quot;:mailto:etchedfantasies@comcast.net for a quote.</body>
